Meanwhile back in Primrose Hill...

A flaccid blanket of insidious but strangely soothing stadium rock descended slowly over the nation, sales of Ugg boots drifted limply up, production of pastel cashmere jumpers pulsed slowly, steadily. Student men and professional woman went tentatively out into the streets, they voted with their feet and, "oh sorry, I err just wanted to umm, buy the new err Coldplay album, is that okay?"
The world had not been the same since, a slow burn of self indulgence, sound tracked by Snow Patrol. Reassuringly as with all trends, political or cultural, there will be a backlash, life with spit, blood and spleen the redux, the new tastes and desires will phase out this insipid gaseous time we are ambling through at middle aged pace.

The fine art of swearing

The more I do this, the more I agree with him. The cult of the celebrity disassembled with ease by Mr Primrose Hill. The need to be needed personified by needy nitwits wrongly feeling needed. I need a drink. Thanks to Charlie, good quotes you sent over.

More from the helmet haired mancunian guff funnel.

Yes folks It really is this easy, this is one piece of Liam advice I whole heartedly agree with, oh and that Bono looks like a tit or was it a fanny? It must be ace to clip on your helmet hair and specs knowing that all you have to do that new day is nob around saying whatever enters your head, threatening to wallop people and then waddle down to the studio to muck about pretending you're the reincarnation of a dead Beatle. Ace. Actually its a bit like having a blog. I don't pretent about the reincarnation bit though, I actually am Frank Gallagher.

Elvis vs Liam

In a rare moment of modesty we glimpse his true self, a man of mettle, few words and always wisdom. Word is he challenged Keith Richards and George Harrison to fisticuffs.
Primrose Hill is the new place for celebrity stand offs, blood fueds to be resloved and second home owning nit wits to go whilst their "little man" services the Range Rover. And who knows you might even see Kate or Aggie. Living the dream daily.

Again again again.

Can't argue with the man or reason with him probably, nethertheless, on the money again, hit the nail smack bang on the head. Bono looks like a fanny. Heed his words for they shall be the law.

Listen carefully.

See him speak the truth to those that are listening and to those that aren't. Bono watch your back, you are next.

The Bard of Burnage Continued

Liam again in fine form, this time a witty repost crafted for an "innocent" celebrity baiting paparazzi photograhper who had the misfortune to be in the way of Our Kid on the day his second child was born, or was it his first, who knows, or for that matter cares?
We can only assume he is talking metaphorically not literally or even from experience.
More to come.

Part 3

If anyone has any more sage Liam quotes please let me know.
Thanks to P.M for suggesting one already.

Part 2

Actions speak louder that words and in this case these are some really loud words.
Anyone steps on my brother's toes, I'll chop them off.
Heartfelt. Misconstrued.

Fame it's a no brainer.

Here the first in a series of I don't know how many, "The Wisdoms of Liam". Singer, drawler, certainly no scientist, service station brawler, long may he continue his brown sauce smelling spray of wit and whimsy.

I haven't made any of this up by the way. It is all true, straight from the horse's mouth, well if you trust the internet as a source of verity.
