I drew a map of Dalston* last week at a casting for a TV ad**, it was like being at school again, loads of heads bowed over large peices of paper on the floor scribbling away. It was like the 30 mins of "choosing time" you got at the end of a day at first school, except I didn't draw Transformers or Knight Rider or Cities of Gold. I was there for clinching the job, earning the cold hard cash, duty now for the future and all that. Still dunno if I got the job. I'm not holding my breath and I have nothing crossed. It was fun.
